Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping typically takes 10-20 business days depending on your location. Also beware some of the items will have double the shipping costs because they're printed/made in different locations. e.g. some of the shirts are different so they might be a little more expensive shipping. overall i found the shipping not too bad tho : -)
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Since the products are print on demand, there's no refund policy :-( pls be sure to double check your order.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placing them... but you gotta find me and let me know in my kick chat or discord........ please please please please be sure you order the right stuff for your sake, i am hard to contact i am barely here i am barely alive please pray for the both of us if this happens
Q: How do I track my order?
A: I think printful will email you information hopefully through your email. i dont really know tbh........ apologies not very professional : -) but we're having a good time right : -)
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
A: uh oh that's not good, maybe you can contact printful or maybe i can contact printful or maybe we can both contact printful just let me know. i hope this doesn't happen tho i'm scared to contact printful : -(
